Noithing happens nexus mod download

Hello, I have an issue with modding Rise of The Tomb Raider and I could use someones help. I tried installing multiple mods using mod injector software but every time i try installing a mod this message pops up: Cannot open file C:\Program Files (x86)\Rise of the Tomb Raider - 20 Years Celebration\bltadwin.rutiger.  · NoSkyrim is a mod by ThatLittleCommie that prevents you from playing Skyrim. My internet literally downloads at mb/s at every other website or client while Vortex or Manual download feel the need to cap it to kb/s so u can enjoy your 5 hour download time for a MB file.
